Less is More Challenge #467

For my card I've used the "Silly Monsters Two" stamp set from Your Next Stamp.
I coloured the monster in with my Prisma pencils and added some spots using a white gel pen.

Less is More Challenge #466

Less is More Challenge 464

Hello,  it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we would like to see you use a tag on your project.



For my card today I've used the Hearts N Tags die from Catherine Pooler.  I stamped the sentiment from the Whimsical Blooms stamp set also by Catherine Pooler. I stamped some more hearts onto the card base using Catherine Pooler Rockin Red ink.

Less is More #461 Pink & Gold

Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we would like to see you use Pink and Gold on your card.

For my card I used a new layering stencil from Pretty Pink Posh.  I used Catherine Pooler pink inks for the candles and gold embossing powder for the flames. I stamped the sentiment from Catherine Pooler with some black ink.

Less is More Challenge #460



Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we would like to see a bit of bling on your CAS card.

For my card I've used a stamp set from Catherine Pooler and a sentiment strip from Uniquely Creative.
I coloured the butterfly in with watercolours and added some glitter to the wings.  I adhered it with some foam tape to my card panel and added some clear dew drops.

My card took me no time to make!  I love a quick CAS one layer card.

I used the Flight of the Dragonfly stamp set from Catherine Pooler Designs along with the Hello sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays.

I coloured the spots on the dragonfly with Prisma pencils.

Less is More Challenge #458

 

Hello and welcome back for our first challenge of 2022!

We say a sad farewell to Sharon, Anita and Izzy and a big thank you to Kylie who is taking over the running of the challenge!

Less is More is celebrating its 11th birthday so what a better way to start the year off with a birthday challenge.







For my card today I’ve used one of the 6 cupcakes in the “Hey Cupcake” stamp set from Paper Rose.

I stamped it with Memento black ink and coloured it in with Copics. I die cut it using my Scan n Cut and popped it up on a faintly stenciled background.

Less is More Challenge #455 - Winter Whites

 Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we are looking for Winter Whites on your card.



For my card today I've used a Christmas tree die from Memory Box.  I've had this die for years and haven't used it much so this is the perfect time!

I ink blended some Catherine Pooler "It's a Boy" ink and adhered the Christmas tree using liquid glue.  I think it needed a touch of colour to make the tree stand out.  Then I added a little bit of bling for the ornaments.  I stamped the sentiment from Uniko with some black ink.

Less is More Challenge #452

Hello  and happy Saturday.  It's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we'd like to see you use hexagons on your card.


For my card I stamped a row of hexagons from a Catherine Pooler stamp set.

Then I grabbed an old set from Close to my Heart and stamped the bee and the sentiment in black ink.  I coloured the bee in with a blender pen and the same Catherine Pooler ink I used for the hexagons.

Less is More Challenge #451 - Sparkle


Hello and happy Saturday!  Today is the start of a new challenge over at Less is More and we would love to see some sparkle on your card.

 

Our Guest Designer for this challenge is  Viv  from Daizy Mae Designs with a gorgeous sparkly card.


I have used a digital image from CC Designs along with a couple of CAS-ual Fridays stamp sets.

I started by printing the chickie from CC Designs Chickies onto some Neenah card stock and coloured it in with Copics and Prisma pencils.  I added some glitter to the feathers and  cut the image out using my Scan n Cut.  I stamped the music notes (CAS Fridays Love Notes Stamp set) onto a card base and added some glitter using a glue pen.  I adhered the bird with some foam tape and stamped the sentiment from the CAS Fridays Little Birdies stamp set.

For my card today I've used the new balloon die from Catherine Pooler.  I sponged some different colours of CP Ink in shades of blue onto some cardstock and then die cut the balloons.

Less is More Challenge #448

 

Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More!

This time we are CASeing a card by birthday girl Elaine.  You can find Elaine's beautiful card over on the blog HERE.



I took my inspiration from the cut panels on Elaine's card.  I stamped the floral image from Altenew using my MISTI and Catherine Pooler inks.  Then I cut it into 4 pieces and adhered it to a card panel with some dimensional tape.  It's not quite as CAS as I would normally make but I am still away from home and have limited supplies with me.

Less is More Challenge

Hello, it’s time for a new challenge over at Less is More!

Is it just me or does two weeks feel like one these days!!

Anyway the new challenge we have for you is Christmas in July.  I need to start making my Christmas cards in July just so I have them ready in time for December with the way the weeks fly by!




I’ve used a cute Pug stamp set from Simon Says Stamp for my card today.  I coloured the pug using Spectrum Noir Tri Blend markers and cut him out.  I added some glossy accents to the Christmas baubles for a bit of dimension.  I adhered him to an ink blended panel with some foam tape and stamped the sentiment directly underneath.
