It's time for a new challenge over at Less is More and this time we would like to see Shades of Purple on your card.

For my card I've used an Altenew stamp set.  I stamped the image out with some black ink then sponged over it with CP ink and  coloured it in with some Polychromos pencils.

We would love you to join us!  All you have to do is make a CAS card using the above theme and link it up to our challenge HERE.  Don't forget we like to see lots of white space (or black in this case) on your card.

WWC237 - Michelle's Feminine "Anything Goes" Challenge

Hello and happy Wednesday!  That means it's time for a new challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday and this week I am the host with a Feminine Anything Goes Challenge.

For my card, I used the "A Study in Watercolor" Stamp Set from Altenew and inked it up with CP Be Mine ink.  I also did some second generation stamping for a lighter colour.  The sentiment is from Stampin Up "Incredible like you" stamp set.

I have the perfect person for this card!

The Flower Challenge #33

Hello, I'm back with a card I made for the Flower Challenge which is "Focus on Background Stamping".  I have been trying to make this all month and finally had some time today on this cold winters day.

I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Altenew Bamboo Rose stamp set randomly all over a card panel.  I coloured them in with my Prisma pencils and used some Odourless Solvent to blend the colours.  I outlined the images with a grey marker to give some dimension.

The Flower Challenge #32

Hello and happy Thursday!  My card today is for The Flower Challenge  which is embossing.

I have a new stamp from Altenew which was begging to be used.

I stamped the floral image from "Weekend Doodles" and coloured it in with my new Set D Altenew alcohol markers.  I love the pinks and greens is this set.  I pulled out a very old "frame" embossing folder from Stampin Up and embossed the middle of my card panel.  I fussy cut out the two flowers from my coloured image and adhered them to the frame with some foam tape.  I bought a huge roll of foam tape from Bunnings for $12.00!!  What a bargain and it is good quality with just the right amount of dimension that I like!

WWC219 - Heidi's Feminine "Anything Goes" Challenge

Hello, it's Wednesday again and time for a new challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday.  This week Heidi is hosting the Feminine "Anything Goes" - my favourite!

For my card today I used the beautiful Altenew "Golden Garden" stamp set and coloured it in with my Prisma coloured pencils.  I 

outlined the image with a grey copic marker.  The sentiment is from the Altenew "Label Love" set.
