Making balloon stencils with CAS-ual Fridays dies.

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today sharing a few cards I made with a hand made stencil.

 I started by making my balloon stencils using some clear acetate and the Ornament Tag Fri-Dies.  

 There are two sizes of circles in this die set which was perfect for the cards I had in mind.  After die cutting the circles I cut a little triangle piece out on the bottom of the balloon using scissors. You could also use card stock or copy paper if you don't have any acetate.    I sponged some ink,  left my stencil in place and laid the Jacks Stencil directly over the top and sponged a darker shade of ink over that.    I stamped the sentiments from Shenanigans in black ink directly over the top of my balloons.

A Mon Ami Birthday

Hello and happy Monday!  Today I am up on the CAS-ual Fridays blog with a birthday card I made for a friend using the Mon Ami flowers and sentiment from Shenanigans.

These flowers from the Mon Ami Stamp set are so beautiful and unique

 and they are so quick and easy to colour.  I just love them!
