Stenciling with CAS-ual Fridays

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today sharing these cards made with the new Pawesome Stencil and sentiments from the  Rainbow Bridge stamp set.

I've been eagerly awaiting my parcel which happened to be caught up in San Fransisco for a few months due to Covid.  It arrived downunder yesterday much to my delight!

For my first card I used a Kalaidecolor Ink Pad and a blending brush.  I love the quick effortless ombre effect achieved with these ink pads. I added some glitter to the larger paw prints using a glue pen.  I added the sentiment from the Rainbow Bridge stamp set.   Both cards are really sparkly but you will have to take my word for it as it doesn't show up in the photo's.

For my second card I sponged some Picked Raspberry Distress ink and whilst the stencil was still in place I took a gelly roll pen and went around the pawprints.  I stamped the sentiment from Rainbow Bridge stamp set.

I hope you like my cards and I've inspired you to get those stencils out!

Fur babies leave pawprints on your heart!

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today with a few cards I made using the "Rainbow Bridge" stamp set.

I started by stamping the sentiment in the middle of my card with Versafine black ink.
Then I used the largest of the paw print stamps and stamped in rainbow colours using Catherine Pooler Inks.  These cards took minutes to make, the hardest part was choosing the colours.

I hope you liked my cards today and don't forget you can use my special discount code below in the shop!

Hello, it's time for a new challenge at Watercooler Wednesday.
This week Dawn is our host with an All About Occasions Challenge.

I have made a pet sympathy card today using one of the new stamp sets from CAS-ual Fridays called "Rainbow Bridge".  Our pets are one of the family and when we lose them they take a piece of our heart with them.
This set is perfect for those times!
I used my MISTI and 3 different blue ink colours to stamp the rainbow of paws.

We would love to see you join in on the challenge.  All you have to do is make a card for any occasion and link it up to the challenge blog HERE.  Make sure you check out all the other DT cards for some inspiration.
You have until Tuesday, 28th April at 9.00am Melbourne Time or Monday 27h April  5pm US Mountain Time to link up your project.

Thanks for visiting.

CAS-ual Fridays April Release Day 1

Hello, welcome to day 1 of the CAS-ual Fridays April release!

I am showcasing the Rainbow Bridge stamp set today.
We  all love our fur babies and it is heartbreaking when we lose them. There are some beautiful sentiments in this set.
I have teamed it with the Hearts A2 panel fri-die for my card today.

Make sure you pop over to the CAS-ual Fridays blog to see the Pawsome stencil and Paw Prints chipboard!  Unfortunately I don't have them in my hot little hands yet (thanks to Corona) but they are on their way down under! I can't wait to play with them.
