Hello and happy Saturday! Today we have a new challenge over at Less is More and we want you to "Shine a light".
So think sunlight, moonlight, starlight, electric light etc.
Our guest designer for this challenge is Veerle Morels from A Coloured Mind, be sure to check out the beautiful card Veerle has made!
Visible Image is our very generous sponsor again, you can visit them HERE to check out all the beautiful stamps and stencils.
For my first card today I have used a Close to my Heart stamp set called "A little bit of pun"
I stamped the light globe and matching sentiment in black ink and coloured it in with Prisma pencils. I stencilled the sun rays using a stencil from Funky Fossil Designs.
For my second card I used the ballerina from Visible Image "Born to Perform" stamp set and inked her up with three colours of CP Inks.
We would love you to join us! All you have to do is make a CAS card using our "Shine a light" theme and link it up to our challenge HERE. Don't forget we like to see lots of white space on your card.
Two wonderful cards Michelle. That cheeky little light bulb makes a brilliant contemporary look card and the sentiment is really fun. I love the ballerina in those gorgeous yellow tones. Two fab designs. Hope you have a brilliant weekend xx
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards, Michelle ! Both of them are so luminous with these yellow shades. Love your light globe a lot, it is perfect to make CAS cards. Beautifully pop up with the sun rays. And, OMG, this ballerina is stunning. The different tones give so much dimension to her outfit ! Fabulous. Have a wonderful week ! xx
ReplyDeleteI love your punny sentiment that is just perfect! Your ballerina is beautiful! xx
ReplyDeleteLove that light ray stencil and your punny sentiment with the lightbulb. The ballerina is just gorgeous, shining her artistic light. Love them both.
ReplyDeleteApologies for being so late! Two great cards for this one. Loving the cute style of the light bulb with the punny sentiment, I really need to get more fun stamps. And the ballerina is so beautiful, perfectly inked with the ombre shading x
