Scrapbook Boutique March Challenge

I almost ran out of time to enter the Scrapbook Boutique challenge!  I just snuck in by the hair of my chinny chin chin.  Blue and yellow look so beautiful together.  I stamped the outline of the butterfly from Altenews painted Butterflies and coloured them in with my Ziggys.  (Zig clean color real brush pens)

Next month I will try to enter towards the beginning of the month.

You can click here to take you to the challenge over at Scrapbook Boutique.

Spring Fever at CAS-ual Fridays

No automatic alt text available.

Hello and happy Friday!  And what a Good Friday it is!  We have a fun Spring Fever Challenge over at the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog.  Pastel colours always remind me of spring although it is Autumn here in Australia.  I have stamped the Little Birdies and die cut them with the matching Birdies Fri-dies.  I coloured them in with Altenew Artist Markers. The sentiment is from the same Little Birdies stamp set and  white heat embossed onto black card stock.  I added some silver glitter tape under the sentiment and some glitter to the birdies wings.

If you would like the chance to win a $25 voucher to the CAS-ual Fridays shop, all you have to do is make pastel Spring themed card and link it up on the challenge blog here.  Michele will double the prize to $50 if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps as the main focus of your card!

Gerda Steiner March Challenge

Hello, my card today is for the monthly challenge over at Gerda Steiner.  I almost ran out of time to enter this month!  This months free digi stamp is this cute little cat sleeping in the book shelf.  I used my Altenew artist markers to colour in the image and used a background piece and a scallop frame I had in my leftovers drawer.  You can check the challenge out here for yourself.

Thanks for looking and have a great Easter!

Balloon Duo Stencil

Hello, I have two cards today for two challenges. The first one is for the  Less is More Challenge which is a one layer card using stencils.  I recently purchased the Balloon Duo Stencils from Neat and Tangled so I thought this was perfect.  I have used Catherine Pooler inks for my sponging and a sentiment from a new Stampin Up set called Picture Perfect Birthday.  I decided not to draw in any strings from my balloons to keep is as CAS as possible.

Click here to take you to the Less is More challenge blog.

My next card is for the Seize the Birthday Teal and White challenge. I have used Catherine Pooler Aquatini ink and the same balloon stencil but this time I added some strings with a silver pen.

Going green at CAS-ual Fridays

No automatic alt text available.

Hello and happy Friday!  We have a colour challenge over at the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog today.  We would love to see you use green on your card.  It just happens to be St Patricks day tomorrow!
For my card, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the "Peace and Comfort" stamp set with versamark ink and white heat embossed them.  Then I used a combination of Catherine Pooler Inks and Kaleidacolor Caribbean sea ink pad to sponge colour all over my card panel.   I flicked some water and gold Heidi Swapp color spray over the top.  My sentiment is from the "Bold Wishes" stamp set.

If you would like the chance to win a $25 voucher to the CAS-ual Fridays shop, all you have to do is make a card with the colour green and link it up on the challenge blog here.  Michele will double the prize to $50 if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps as the main focus of your card!

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

CAS-ual Fridays Rainbow Challenge 194

No automatic alt text available.

Hello and happy Friday!  It's time for another challenge over at the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog and this time we want to see you using rainbow colours on your card. Who doesn't love a rainbow!

I stamped the "Full on Floral" background stamp with versamark ink and white heat embossed it.  I couldn't think of anything better than CP inks for my rainbow of colours!  I used Rockin Red, Orange Twist, Tiki Torch, Grass Skirt, Something Borrowed and Flirty Fuchsia.  I cut my panel down and added a strip of black card stock to each side, then stamped the sentiment from the  "Bold Wishes"      stamp set in CP Midnight ink.

If you would like the chance to win a $25 voucher to the CAS-ual Fridays shop, all you have to do is make a rainbow card and link it up on the challenge blog here.  Michele will double the prize to $50 if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps as the main focus of your card!

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
