Hello and welcome to another challenge at CAS-ual Fridays. I can't believe it is Friday again!! I think I had better start making my Christmas cards with the way the year is flying!!
This week's theme is " April Flowers bring May showers" so we would like to see flowers on your project. Hmmmm my favourite subject.
I have used the beautiful Mon Ami stamp set and Fri-dies for my card and coloured them in with Copic markers. I added a piece of patterned paper along the bottom and curved the sentiment above the flowers. This is my go to sketch at the moment and I can't get enough of the black and white patterned paper.
Michele is offering 15% discount in the shop until 8th May 2018!! See below for the code.
If you would like the chance to win a $25 voucher to the CAS-ual Fridays shop, all you have to do is use flowers on your project and link it up on the challenge blog here. Michele will double the prize to $50 if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps as the main focus of your card! Good luck!
Thanks for looking!

CAS on Friday - Black, white and pink!
Hello, my card today is for the CAS on Friday challenge - Black, white and pink!
Pink is my favourite colour and I think black and white is very elegant so I just had to make a CAS card for this challenge. Click HERE to take you to the challenge.
I finally inked up my new Grateful Heart stamp set from Catherine Pooler and coloured it pink with a combination of Copic markers and Prisma pencils. The strip of black and white striped paper is from Catherine Pooler's Back Tie Gala patterned paper pack.
Thanks for looking and have a great week!

Less is More #369 - Bring something back.
Hello, I'm back with my 3rd card for the day! This one is for the Less is More challenge where the theme is "Bring something back". I decided to bring out some very old stamp sets from Stampin Up called "Kindness Matters" and "En Francais". These stamps haven't seen the light of day for a few years so I thought they were perfect for this challenge. Click HERE to take you to the Less is More challenge.
That's it for me for the day! Thanks for looking.

Seize the Birthday - Vibrant colours
Hello, I made this card for the latest challenge over at Seize the Birthday where the topping is Vibrant Colours. I have used the "Birthday Bits" stamp set from Simon Says Stamp and Catherine Pooler Inks cause they are the most vibrant inks!! I take my photos on my ipad and do not edit at all so what you see is what you get!
I stamped the sentiment in CP Midnight and the balloon strings and all the other bits are with CP Black Jack ink.
Click here to take you to the challenge.
Thanks for looking, I'll be back with 2 more cards shortly!

Michele's 50th birthday bash blog hop
Hello and welcome to my blog on this ever so special occasion. Thanks so much Michele for inviting me to be a part of your special weekend, I feel so honoured to be amongst such talent!!
HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY MICHELE!! Can I say that I'm not entirely convinced that Michele is turning 50 though!!
You should have arrived here from the ever so talented Kim Hamilton's blog but if you didn't, you can click HERE to take you to the start of the hop.
Next up on the hop is the lovely Shona Chambers.
Now for my card! I popped it in the mail to Michele a few weeks ago just to make sure it arrived in time.
I stamped the flowers and leaves from "Pretty Posies" stamp set and coloured them with my zig real brush markers. I die cut them using the co-ordinating Fri-dies and arranged them on the top of my card panel. I stamped the sentiment from "Shenanigans" stamp set in CP Midnight ink. Shenanigans is one of the first stamp sets I purchased from CAS-ual Fridays and it is still one of my most used and loved sets.
For my next card I have used the WTF stamp set (retired but there is now a WTF 2) and paired it with the 50 from Flowercase. I white heat embossed and sponged with my Kaleidacolor Blue Breeze ink pad.
I added a panel along the bottom using the Curtis background stamp (which I think is retiring) and inked up with CP Midnight ink.
Thanks for looking, be sure to leave a comment to be in the running to win one of 5 $50 gift vouchers to use in the CAS-ual Fridays shop.
NEXT up is the lovely Shona Chambers.

Forget your Trebles CFC197
Hello and happy Friday! Our new challenge today over at the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog is "Forget your Trebles" and we challenge you to make a music themed project. For my card I stamped the music notes from the "Love Notes" stamp set onto an alcohol ink background piece and white heat embossed it. I added a strip of glitter tape behind it and adhered it onto a top folded card base and added some silver twine. My sentiment is from the same Love Notes set. I love playing with alcohol inks and I am getting quite a stash of background pieces that make for a quick card! I can't seem to drag myself away from these colours though.
If you would like the chance to win a $25 voucher to the CAS-ual Fridays shop, all you have to do is make a music themed card and link it up on the challenge blog here. Michele will double the prize to $50 if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps as the main focus of your card!
