Less is More #459

Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More.

This time we would like to see just one word on your one layer card!

My card took me no time to make!  I love a quick CAS one layer card.

I used the Flight of the Dragonfly stamp set from Catherine Pooler Designs along with the Hello sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays.

I coloured the spots on the dragonfly with Prisma pencils.

AAA Cards Challenge #209

Hello and welcome back for another new challenge over at AAA Cards.

This time we want to see you use one rectangle of 9 with the option of your favourite animal.

For my card today I've used a rubber stamp by Stacey Yacula from Purple Onion Designs.  Who doesn't love a puppy in a present!  I coloured it in with Copics and cut it out using  my Scan n Cut. I popped it up with some foam tape on the bottom 1/9th of my card.  The sentiment is from Uniquely Creative.

Thanks for visiting and we would love to see you join in on our challenge, just remember we like to see lots of white space.

All you have to do is make a card using the above theme and link it up HERE.

CAS-ual Fridays Little Card - Big Thanks

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today sharing a  4” x 4” card!

Sometimes I like to add a little card directly to a gift without putting it into an envelope and I find this size perfect for that.

I've used the Big Thanks Duo set for my card today along with a single petal from 4 Petals dies.

I started by pulling out my alcohol inks and went to town!  I used that piece to die cut the Thanks and petals.  I stamped the sentiment directly onto a card panel cut to 3 3/4" x 3 3/4".  I adhered the thanks to the shadow die cut and then popped it up with foam tape.  I added some white gel pen to the petal and adhered that with foam tape.  The card panel is adhered with some foam tape to the 4 x 4 card base.

I am also entering into the final challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday!
A big thanks to the ladies over there for running a fabulous challenge, I am going to miss it!

Less is More Challenge #458

Hello and welcome back for our first challenge of 2022!

We say a sad farewell to Sharon, Anita and Izzy and a big thank you to Kylie who is taking over the running of the challenge!

Less is More is celebrating its 11th birthday so what a better way to start the year off with a birthday challenge.

For my card today I’ve used one of the 6 cupcakes in the “Hey Cupcake” stamp set from Paper Rose.

I stamped it with Memento black ink and coloured it in with Copics. I die cut it using my Scan n Cut and popped it up on a faintly stenciled background.

We would love you to join us for our 11th birthday challenge.  Click HERE to take you over to the challenge blog to see all the DT inspiration.

Thanks for visiting.

My most used CAS-ual Fridays sentiment stamp set!

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays  blog today sharing a birthday card using my most used sentiment stamp set!

Do you have a favorite sentiment set that you use again and again?  The Shenanigans set is one of the first CAS-ual Fridays stamp sets that I ever purchased and I find myself reaching for it all the time.

I started by stamping the “birthday” sentiment 5 times with versamark ink.  I heat embossed it with WOW fine white embossing powder and got to it with Catherine Pooler inks and a blending brush.
I stamped the “happy” with black ink and popped it up with some foam tape.  I think this would also be fun using a rainbow of colors!

I am entering my card into the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge #334 - Helen's All About Occasions

Thanks so much for stopping by and if you are interested in purchasing the stamp set I've used today or anything else, you can click the "let's go shopping" link below to take you over to the shop!

Hello, it’s time for a new challenge over at AAA Cards.

This time we would like to see you use black and white with one other colour.

For my card today I’ve used “puddles of fun” stamp set from Your Next Stamp.

I think I’ve accidentally stamped the raindrops upside down!  I coloured the little chick with some Copic markers.

Thanks for visiting and we would love to see you join in on our challenge, just remember we like to see lots of white space.
