AAA Cards Challenge #200 - Celebrate

Hello, it's time for a new challenge over at AAA Cards.

 We are celebrating our 200th game so we would love to see Celebrations cards.

We also have prizes from our very generous sponsors!

Our Guest Designer is Deborah

   with a gorgeous cup cake card.

For my card today I have used two stamp sets from our sponsors. 

I started by stamping the sentiment from "Shenanigans" stamp set by CAS-ual Fridays. Then I stamped the balloon from "Balloon Bash" stamp set by Uniko.  I added some sequins and adhered the card panel to a top folding card with foam tape.
