A Card in a Box with CAS-ual Fridays

Hello, I'm over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog today with a fun box card filled with Pretty Posies flowers.

I have made the square box cards before but this is the first rectangle one I have made.  It just gives you that little bit more room to play with.  They are pretty quick and easy to make and there are plenty of tutorials on you tube on how to make the box.  This one was made from one piece of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock.  I added some patterned paper that I have been hoarding and matched the colors with Catherine Pooler inks for the flowers and leaves.

You can find more details on the CAS-ual Fridays blog if you're interested.

I am entering the following challenges:

I hope you like my box of flowers and I have inspired you to make one.

  3. I have NEVER made a box card but keep seeing them all over the place. This one blew me away as I adore how you added the flowers. Love how you coloured them (the CP inks blend so beautifully) and the spotting paper on the edges is so cute too. You've inspired me to have a go, will have to show you what I come up with (if it isn't too embarassing.....). Over the moon you shared this with us at The Flower Challenge too.
